Victor is a Professor in the UGA department of Anthropology and the Director of the UGA Labortory of Archaeology. He specializes in the application of archaeological science to the study of socio-political complexity and the historical ecology of wetland and coastal environments in the American Southeast. Victor is a member of the CAIS Advisory Group.
