Chelsea Batchelder is working towards degrees in Anthropology and Biology, as well as a certificate in Archaeological Studies. She has previous research experience analyzing nitrogen and carbon isotopes from bone collagen to examine diet. Using this she was able to investigate the lifestyles of individuals living at Medieval Polish and Greek colonization sites. She has presented her research at the American Association of Physical Anthropologists Conference in 2018 and at the UGA CURO Symposium in 2018 and 2019.
