Sarah Catherine joined CAIS in 2021 as a Lab Technician. Before CAIS, she earned her B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a Chemistry minor from Clemson University. Throughout her college career, she gained years of lab experience which continued through her time at CAIS.

Sarah Catherine has now gained experience in ecological sample preparation, analysis of δ13C and δ18O ratios in carbonate materials using the Thermo Scientific Gas Bench/Pre Con IRMS systems as well as testing for various nutrients through water quality tests.
