Julia Sharapi is currently pursuing an MS in Ecology through the Odum School at UGA. She earned a BS in Environmental Studies with a minor in Chemistry from Gettysburg College.

Her senior thesis at Gettysburg focused on using stable isotope nitrogen and stable isotope carbon to reconstruct the food web of Lake Turkana, an understudied lake in Kenya that is currently undergoing massive ecosystem change.

At CAIS, Julia works in the Stable Isotope Ecology lab.
